These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pureluxeskinspa.com and the booking or purchase of any service, package, or membership from Pure Luxe Skin & Body ("Pure Luxe," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Pure Luxe offers wood therapy body sculpting, lymphatic drainage therapy, and inkless scar & stretch mark revision, available as single sessions, prepaid packages, or monthly memberships, as described on our Services & Pricing page. Pricing is subject to change; the rates in effect at the time of booking or purchase apply.
Consultations
Inkless scar & stretch mark revision requires a consultation before your first session to confirm the treatment is appropriate for you. Packages and memberships require a brief consultation to confirm the right plan for your goals.
Booking & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled through our online booking calendar or by contacting us directly. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel — late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session from a prepaid package or membership at our discretion.
Payment
Payments for packages and memberships are processed securely through Stripe. A payment receipt is emailed to you automatically upon purchase. We do not store your full payment card details.
Monthly memberships automatically renew and bill each month until cancelled. You may cancel a membership at any time with 30 days' written notice.
Packages & Memberships
Prepaid package sessions are non-transferable and expire 90 days after the package end date unless otherwise noted at time of purchase. Unused sessions are not eligible for cash refunds; we're happy to discuss options on a case-by-case basis if your circumstances change.
Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary from person to person. Any before-and-after photos, testimonials, or descriptions of results on our Site or social channels reflect individual client experiences and are not a guarantee of results for any other individual.
Our services are wellness and body contouring treatments, not medical treatments, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether a service is right for you, please consult a physician before booking.
Content Partnerships
Any collaboration, trade, or ambassador arrangement with creators or influencers is governed by a separate written agreement between Pure Luxe and the individual, not by these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Luxe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Site or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
